Pumpkin patch.....

So we went to the pumpkin patch on Friday night, with our friend's, the Young's. We had a lot of fun.
Ashley, our little mom, felt like she needed to carry Addison around everywhere, and Addison was good about letting her do it.

They loved the hay ride out to the pumpkins. Well, Ashley and Jordan loved it, Cody, as soon as it started moving, he yelled, "time to get off". He was fine as long as one of us was holding him.

This year, they had a little petting farm area. My kids were so excited. They had horses, and a camel, even a zebra.

Cody was so funny with the animals. He was fearless. It was fun to watch him just walk up to all of them, and let them lick him.

This was pretty funny. If you look at Cody, the horse just bumped up against him and he started laughing. It was funny.

Ashley found her pumpkin right away......she is not too picky.

Cody, on the other hand, found lots that he wanted, and he stayed and guarded them.

That looks like so much fun. Alex said tonight that he still liked the country. I asked him what he was talking about (at the time we were sitting in the drive thru at Jack in the Box right next to a "parking lot pumpkin patch") he said that he wanted to go back to the pumpkin patches in the country because they had hay mazes, etc. Sometimes living in Vegas just doesn't cut it. Miss you!!!

Your pumpkins are a lot bigger than ours. We grew them for canning--that's why they used markers on them instead of carving them--they are a little tougher!

WOW!!! Even a petting zoo...sounds like the little pumpkin patch is really growing. They don't have a pumpkin patch here....Jake says maybe we should buy some land and open one up. Sounds good to me!!! I bet they make a lot of money running that pumpkin patch.
