Ashley and Jordan are finally done with (year-round) school. Theirlast day was Friday. They loved first grade and loved
their teacher, Miss Keeney even more.
They are very excited for second grade, which will
start August 12th.....short summer.. :)
On to the summer. They started swimming lessons. Previousyears, we have always gone to Meridian
Pool, but this year we heard about this girl
that teaches in her pool and she's really good. My kids
have LOVED it even more this year.
They are doing really well, learning to dive, and going off the diving
board. They also can swim the length of the pool. We
are excited for this summer.....

Swimming lessons look fun! Too bad about the short summer, it seems like when I was a kid they lasted a lot longer than that!
Ohhh how fun! That's a VERY short summer though sheesh! I guess that may be nice for you eh?
We have been doing one on one swimming lessons at our local community college...it is amazing how much they learn when they don't have a million kids to compete and play with! Have a great summer! Jen
